I would like to see the congressmen (who were excluded from any of the meetings where the dems were ram rodding this healthcare bill) not show up for the state of the union message. I think it would really emphasize just how many of the republicans and independents were denied the privilege of participating in the debates.

Denied? Are you out of your mind? There are currently 290 bills that have passed the House that are being stalled in the Senate by Republicans who would rather shut down the entire government in one of our most sensitive and difficult times our country has ever faced, just to get votes. The Republicans used the filibuster to stall up/down votes 127 times last year and 43 times in the first month and a half of this year. You are absolutely out of your mind if you actually think they didn't have the "privilege" of participation. They denied their RESPONSBILITY to participate - PERIOD.

Wow 290 bills, that's a good start, now if we can elect some politicians with the guts to REPEAL about that many per year we will be getting somewhere.

Aw, little fish, what you refer to as "stalling" is participation, as I think you said in another thread, "Get over it."

Now swim along back to the shallow water.
