General George Washington will be speaking!!!! Continental Army re-enactors and TXSSAR members are personally invited by Mark Collins (San Antonio TXSSAR member) as General Washington to participate in uniform at this event as a show of unity.  In accordance with TXSSAR rules, TXSSAR as an organization cannot be and is not officially connected with this event.  However, individual members are encouraged to appear by their choice.  We have flags for our Color Guard. Fife and Drum Corps members with their instruments are needed and are most welcome.  If you will participate, please spead the word, then contact rbp12@sbcglobal.net to confirm and help with a head count.
