JOANN  FLEMING  A leader in the constitutional conservative movement for twenty years, JoAnn is Chair of the Texas Legislature’s TEA Party Caucus Advisory Committee; the full-time volunteer Executive Director of Grassroots America – We the People; a self-retired county commissioner; a regional public speaker; guest political analyst for local media; recipient of the 2010 Smith County Republican Club President’s Award for Outstanding Service, and a 2010 Texas Federation of Republican Women Honoree as an Outstanding Republican Woman. Mrs. Fleming was the 2011 Texas Republican Party Volunteer of the Year for Senate District 3.

An unapologetic Reagan Conservative, JoAnn has served for many years as a state delegate to the Texas Republican Convention and as Smith County’s SD 3 Platform Committee Chair.
