We need a new speaker of the house for Texas. The last four years have not been a "voice of the people". We need a more conservative person in the position. I would erg you to vote for a member more closely in line with the expectations of the last election.

We need Statesmen ( male or female) in our government not politicians. Listen for the "I" word when an elected official speaks,it will tell you how they will lead. When they talk about how hard they work and call their position a career, they need to be out of government service.I do not know Joe Straus,but if he is not a constitutioanist and conservative he needs to be out of leadership.It is apparent ,now, that we have drifted too far away from God driven leadership. We need to get back to basics in our laws and leadership and discard all these " American and Texan Imposters". Viva Republic!
