A good story. I am a law student at the University of Texas, planning on coming up to the Dallas area and joining your fight. This story on NPR got me to you all. Well done in the interviews.

I listen to conservative radio broadcasts from Dallas almost every day. I consider myself a conservative. I'd like to take part in Tea Party rallies, but the distance is a problem. Are there any Tea Party groups in the East TX area that you are aware of? We need a rallying point here too.

Dee- There may be a local "campaign for liberty" group in your area; otherwise- this website is great for info and sharing.. you can join online: http://www.campaignforliberty.com
This group is also important: http://oathkeepers.org/oath/

I listend to only part of Laurie Medina's interview on NPR and had to leave. I'd like to know which of our freedoms are being taken away from us specifically and also specifically what the tea party members stand FOR. Also, I question if moderate Democrats would participate in a movement that is so clearly right-wing fringe, inspired by Glenn Beck, who is more about fiction than fact. Thanks!
